Commitment to achieving Net Zero
Veni Vidi Medical Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.
Baseline Year: 2023
Additional Details relating to the Baseline Emissions calculations:
Baseline emissions include scopes 1 and 2, no prior scope 3 emissions reporting for the base year.

Emissions reduction targets
In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.
We have set our carbon emissions reduction target to have reduced 10% by 2040 for scopes 1 and 2.
Carbon Reduction Projects
Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
Since establishing our 2023 baseline, we have implemented several environmental management measures to support our carbon reduction goals. These initiatives will also be applied during the performance of this contract:
- Reducing Travel Emissions:
- Implementing technology solutions such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams to minimize the need for employee travel to fixed offices.
- Encouraging the use of low/zero-emission vehicles for business travel, including company cars.
- Promoting the use of public transport and ride-sharing options, particularly for longer journeys.
- Eco-Friendly Partnerships:
- Collaborating with suppliers and logistics providers that share our environmental goals, prioritising those that use low/zero-emission vehicles.
- Recycling and Paperless Operations:
- Recycling packaging materials and toner cartridges.
- Transitioning to electronic communications and invoicing to eliminate paper waste and reduce emissions from postal transportation.
Future Measures
As a small enterprise, we recognise that our resources for implementing additional large-scale carbon reduction measures are limited. However, we remain committed to continuously seeking innovative solutions to further reduce our carbon footprint.
- We aim to build on our current initiatives, improving their effectiveness where feasible.
- We will stay informed about emerging technologies and commercially viable practices that align with our environmental goals.
